Rates
- WEEKLY RENTALS: Rentals are weekly only beginning Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
- RATES: Rent is $1900 per week beginning the 3rd week of June. Call for off-season rates or last minute deals!
- DEPOSITS: 50% rental deposit to hold your dates. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4 P.M. on the date of arrival. Check-out is 11 A. M. on the date of departure.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250 refunded provided there is no damage.
- NOTE: UNTIL CONFIRMED, RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Policies
- REFUNDS: Deposits are completely refunded up to 30 days prior to start date.
- NO SMOKING: For the convenience of our guests and for safety, there is no smoking at Wilderness #5.
- PETS: Wilderness Association prohibits pets for rental accommodations.
- NOTE: Rental is Not Handicap Accessable.
